Deliverables: What you walk away with, explained | Prodvibe
Home / Deliverables

Not promises. Deliverables.

Every Prodvibe engagement is scoped as a list of concrete, named deliverables, agreed in writing before work begins. Here is the full menu: what each one actually is, why it matters, and how it keeps paying off as your project grows.

group 01

Quality: the app works, provably.

These deliverables turn "it seems to work" into "it demonstrably works", and keep it that way through every future change.

D01

Production-readiness audit report

A scored assessment of your project across security, architecture, reliability, and compliance. Every finding is severity-rated, explained in plain English, and placed on a prioritized remediation roadmap. This is the document every other deliverable is scoped from, and it's free.

Reusable forever: re-run it before a launch, a fundraise, or a big partnership to know exactly where you stand.
D02

Bug fixes across the full codebase

Every agreed bug fixed at the root cause, not patched at the symptom. In AI-generated code the same flawed logic is often duplicated in several places; we fix all of them and verify each fix with you.

Fewer support fires means your time goes into new features, not firefighting old ones.
D03

Completed missing features

The features your AI left half-built, specified in writing, approved by you, then finished properly: edge cases, empty states, error messages and all. "Done" finally means done.

A complete product converts and retains better, and gives you a solid base to build the next feature on.
D04

Automated test suite with coverage targets

Unit, integration, and end-to-end tests covering your critical paths, wired into CI so they run on every change. Each fixed bug gets a regression test so it can never quietly return.

This is what makes future vibe coding safe: any AI-generated change that breaks something gets caught in seconds, not in production.
group 02

Security: attacked by us, so not by them.

Security deliverables come with evidence: findings, fixes, and a retest that proves the doors are closed.

D05

Penetration test report + all fixes applied

A full penetration test covering the OWASP Top 10 and AI-specific failure modes (IDOR, missing authorization, injection through string-built queries). Unlike a typical pen-test vendor, we implement every fix ourselves, then retest and issue a closure report.

The closure report doubles as sales collateral: enterprise customers and partners increasingly ask for exactly this before signing.
D06

Vulnerability scan & dependency patching

Every dependency (direct and transitive) scanned against CVE databases, checked for hallucinated packages, and patched to the most up-to-date approved versions, with your test suite confirming nothing breaks. Scanning is then automated in CI for every future commit.

New vulnerabilities are disclosed daily; the automated pipeline means you're protected against tomorrow's CVEs, not just today's.
D07

Secrets management & key rotation

Every API key, database credential, and token moved out of source code and client bundles into a proper secrets vault, with rotation so a leaked key has a short life. Exposed keys found during the audit are rotated immediately.

As you add team members and AI tools, vaulted secrets mean granting access never means handing over the keys to everything.
D08

Hardened authentication & access control

Every endpoint checked for both authentication (who you are) and authorization (what you may do). Object-level access control closes the classic change-the-ID-in-the-URL hole, and rate limiting shuts down brute force and abuse.

Solid access control is the foundation for the features growth demands: teams, roles, admin panels, and paid tiers.
group 03

Infrastructure: ship like a professional team.

The rails your project runs on: safe places to experiment, and a pipeline that makes releases boring.

D09

DEV, UAT & PRD cloud environments

Three separate environments on your cloud: DEV to build and experiment, UAT to validate exactly as production will behave, PRD for your users. No more testing on customers.

Safe experimentation is a growth engine: you can try bold ideas in DEV without betting the business on them.
D10

Infrastructure as Code for all environments

Your entire infrastructure defined in version-controlled code (Terraform and friends), so environments are identical, reproducible, and never drift apart. Rebuilding from scratch becomes a command, not a crisis.

Need a new region, a client-specific instance, or a staging clone for a big partner? It's a copy, not a project.
D11

CI/CD pipeline with quality gates

Every commit automatically runs tests, security scans, and vulnerability checks; only passing code can be promoted. Deploys to production are zero-downtime with instant one-click rollback.

Shipping speed compounds: teams with trustworthy pipelines release more often, learn faster, and out-iterate competitors.
D12

Git workflow & branch protection

A professional repository structure with protected branches, pull-request reviews, release tagging, and changelogs. Every change, human or AI, is tracked, reviewable, and reversible.

This is what lets you safely add collaborators, contractors, and AI agents later: the workflow protects the codebase, whoever is typing.
group 04

Performance & resilience: built for your best day.

These deliverables make sure success doesn't break you, and that bad days stay recoverable.

D13

Load test report & scalability fixes

Load, stress, and spike tests built from your real user journeys, revealing the app's true limits in hard numbers. Then we fix what they expose: missing indexes, N+1 queries, unbounded queries, and verify against agreed performance targets.

You'll know your capacity before your marketing works, so a viral moment becomes revenue instead of an outage.
D14

Caching, queuing & rate limiting

Caching and connection pooling so repeated work is instant, background queues so slow tasks never block a user's request, and rate limiting so no single client can degrade the service for everyone else.

These are the mechanics that keep the app fast at 100x your current traffic, without 100x your bill.
D17

Automated backups & recovery plan

Automated backups with point-in-time recovery, and, critically, a rehearsed restore drill with a measured recovery time. A backup you've never restored is a hope; yours will be a tested procedure.

Your data is the business. This deliverable is what makes every other investment in the project safe.
D18

High-availability configuration

Failover for critical components and redundancy where it matters, so a single server, zone, or process dying doesn't take your product with it.

Uptime is trust: the reliability that keeps early customers becomes the SLA that wins enterprise ones.
group 05

Visibility & operations: run it with open eyes.

When something goes wrong, these deliverables are the difference between a five-minute fix and a lost weekend.

D15

Centralized logging & error tracking

Structured, centralized logs with the context needed to debug fast, scrubbed of sensitive data so the logs themselves aren't a liability. Error tracking captures every exception with its full story: who, what, where, when.

Debugging drops from hours of guesswork to minutes of reading, which matters more every time your user count doubles.
D16

Monitoring dashboards & alerting

Uptime checks on critical endpoints, performance metrics, and health dashboards you can read at a glance, with smart alerts that page you about real problems without drowning you in noise.

You'll know before your users do, and "we caught it before anyone noticed" becomes your normal.
D19

Compliance-ready audit trails

Tamper-evident records of who did what and when, with retention policies matched to your legal obligations (GDPR, CCPA, Australian Privacy Act). When a customer, partner, or regulator asks, the answer is a report, not a scramble.

Compliance readiness opens doors: bigger clients, regulated industries, and due-diligence processes all ask for this.
D23

Incident response playbook

Written runbooks for the scenarios that matter: outage, breach, data problem, runaway costs. Each names the steps, the owners, and the communication plan, so at 2 a.m. the answer to "what do we do?" is already written down.

Calm, fast incident handling protects the reputation you're building; panic is what turns incidents into churn.
group 06

Growth & ownership: set up to keep building.

The final group is about your independence: lower costs, better tooling, full documentation, and the skills to drive it all yourself.

D20

Cloud cost optimization review

A review of your cloud and AI API spend: right-sizing oversized resources, eliminating waste, and modeling costs at 10x and 100x usage. Budget alarms and guardrails cap the downside permanently.

Lower unit costs mean better margins as you scale, and no five-figure surprise bill on your best day ever.
D21

Agentic coding environment setup

Modern agentic coding tools configured against your repository, with project rules, context files, and prompt playbooks that teach the AI your architecture, plus linters, pre-commit hooks, and CI security scanning that keep future AI-generated code on the rails.

Your vibe coding gets better output from day one, because the AI finally understands the system it's working in.
D22

Architecture documentation & runbooks

Architecture diagrams, API documentation, operational runbooks, and onboarding guides, written so both humans and AI tools can navigate the system. The "spec" is no longer a chat history.

Documentation is what makes hiring, fundraising, and acquisition possible: due-diligence teams ask for exactly these documents.
D24

Team handover & training session

A hands-on session where you ship a real change end-to-end through DEV, UAT, and PRD, using your new tools and pipeline. The engagement ends when you've done it yourself, not when we say so, and everything lives in your own accounts.

Capability compounds: every future feature benefits from what you learn here, with or without us.

Every deliverable is named before we start, and checked before we finish.

Your engagement is scoped from this menu during the free audit, written down with fixed prices, and verified against the phase gates in our process: green CI runs, closed pen-test findings, load-test numbers, a timed restore. Nothing on your list is "done" until you can see it working.

And everything, from the repo to the cloud accounts to the documentation, lives in your name from day one. You're not buying our platform; you're upgrading your project.
