Vibe-coded projects fail in production because nobody checked. Our engagement is the opposite: four phases, each with fixed deliverables, your explicit approval, and a gate that must pass before we move on. You'll always know exactly where the project stands, what's done, and what's next.
Free, and finished in days. Before you spend anything, you get a scored, evidence-based picture of your project and a fixed proposal, so the decision to proceed is made with full information.
You grant us read-only access to your repository and infrastructure (under NDA, using credentials you can revoke at any time). Our engineers then review the entire codebase, architecture, dependencies, infrastructure, and security posture, including the failure patterns specific to AI-generated code.
The output is a production-readiness report scored across four dimensions: security, architecture, reliability, and compliance. Every finding comes with a severity rating, a plain-English explanation of the risk, and its place in a prioritized remediation roadmap: what's urgent, what can wait, and what's already fine.
Based on that roadmap we scope the engagement together. You choose what's in and what's out, and we quote fixed deliverables against it. No open-ended billing, no scope surprises. If your project only needs three of our services, that's what we propose.
Before hardening anything, the application has to behave predictably. This phase turns "it mostly works" into "it demonstrably works", with the test suite to prove it on every future change.
First we establish version control discipline: a clean repository, protected branches, and a review workflow, so every change from this point on is tracked and reversible. This is the safety net under everything that follows.
Then we work through the prioritized bug list from the audit, fixing at the root cause and covering each fix with a regression test. Half-built features are specified in writing, approved by you, then completed. Error handling and input validation are added across the codebase, and where the architecture makes change risky, we refactor: consolidating duplicated logic, removing dead code, standardizing patterns.
Throughout the phase you get a weekly demo of working software and a written progress report against the agreed deliverables. You'll never wonder what's happening, and you'll see the bug count fall week by week.
With the application stable, we prepare it for the real world: hostile, busy, and unpredictable. Every claim in this phase is backed by a test result, not an assurance.
Security first: a full penetration test and vulnerability scan, then we fix every finding ourselves: secrets vaulted, authentication and authorization hardened, queries parameterized, rate limiting installed, storage rules locked down, dependencies patched. Then we retest and hand you a closure report.
In parallel we build your DEV, UAT, and PRD environments as Infrastructure as Code, wire up the CI/CD pipeline with automated quality gates, and configure zero-downtime deploys with instant rollback. Load, stress, and spike tests find the app's real limits; we fix what they expose (indexes, caching, queues, pooling) and verify against agreed performance targets.
Finally, observability and protection: centralized logging, error tracking, uptime monitoring with alerts, automated backups with a rehearsed restore drill, and cost guardrails with budget alarms. When this phase ends, your app is live in PRD and provably ready.
We don't create dependence; we create capability. The engagement ends with you shipping changes to your own production system, safely, using the professional tooling we've set up for you.
We configure modern agentic coding tools against your repository, with project rules, context files, and prompt playbooks so the AI you use tomorrow writes code that fits the clean architecture you now have. Linters, pre-commit hooks, and CI security scanning quietly keep future code on the rails.
You receive the full documentation set: architecture diagrams, API docs, runbooks, and onboarding guides, written so both humans and AI tools can navigate the system. Everything lives in your accounts: your repo, your cloud, your credentials. There is no lock-in by design.
Then we train you. In a hands-on handover session you ship a real change end-to-end: vibe-code it in DEV, watch the gates run, promote through UAT, deploy to PRD, and roll it back. The phase (and the engagement) ends when you've done it yourself, not when we say so. If you want us to stick around, the Production Guardian, QA, fractional CTO, and training offerings continue from here, but they're optional.
Guarantees in software are earned by structure, not promised in copy. These are the commitments built into every Prodvibe engagement, and every one of them is verifiable by you.
You approve a written scope with named deliverables before any paid work starts. If we missed something in scoping, that's our cost, not yours.
Every phase ends with objective, testable criteria: green CI runs, closed pen-test findings, load-test numbers, a timed restore. You never have to take our word for it.
A 30-minute demo of running software every week, plus a written progress report. Silence is never part of our process.
Your repo, your cloud accounts, your credentials, your data. We work in your infrastructure under access you can revoke at any moment. No lock-in, ever.
NDA before we see a line of code. Least-privilege access. Security findings shared with you and no one else.
If the audit shows your project only needs a fraction of our services, that's what we'll propose. The roadmap is prioritized by your risk, not our revenue.
Send us your project and get the scored production-readiness audit that begins every engagement: your risks, your roadmap, and a fixed proposal. Whatever you decide afterwards, the report is yours to keep.
